Continuation of EOG is Self Evident 7.
The "Spiritual technology" is in all the books and meditations of GMCKS.
It is comprehensively described in "AOWHS" book.
The essence of it, simplified and yet very powerful is the "Soul Affirmation".
That is why Master got it made into a poster.
Master said that, even if people intellectually understand one statement of it "I Am not the body" half the misery present on the Earth, as of now will be removed. How much more for full Affirmation?
How much more if done with awareness? AND BE AWARE OF THIS ALL THE TIME.
To do with awareness, we need a deeper understanding of each statement.
The body is the vehicle of the Soul.
It also implies that we need to maintain this body so that we can optimize its usage.
It is the temple of the Incarnated Soul (Holy Spirit). Therefore, we can't dirty it by unhealthy habits and practices.
Continuous physical purification is an important responsibility ( by right diet, physical exercises and breathing exercises).
The body is nurtured, nourished and developed by the sacrifice of parents and support of others. It has not come free. It is not going to be there for ever. The time cannot be wasted.
We have this body for a purpose.
IT MUST COME UNDER FULL CONTROL OF THE SOUL AND WORK AS ITS VEHICLE FOR THE PURPOSE.
