As mentioned by Master the "Spiritual Findings" could be concluded by Him based on;
MANY YEARS OF STUDY, ARHATIC YOGA EXPERIMENTS, INNER EXPERIENCES, THE USE OF MENTAL, INTUITIVE AND HIGHER INTELLIGENCE AND INNER TRANSMISSION.
It is extremely important that we understand the above statement very deeply to Value the Spiritual Findings given by our Guru.
Our Teacher is a Maha-Guru; compared to him we are like children or infants in development.
Also, we have not done that kind of decades of study and experiments which He has done in this incarnation itself with His high development.
His inner experiences are more subtle, conscious and purposeful.
His Mental intelligence is very very high.
His Intuitive Intelligence is continuous (as His Incarnated Soul is completely and continuously connected to the Higher Soul).
Higher intelligence referred to here has to be higher than Intuitive or Budhic Intelligence. Therefore, it is Intelligence from Atmic plane directed by purpose.
This is the highest plane of existence of the Higher Soul. We don't know any one with such directed willful intelligence towards a Great Purpose (like Great Vision).

As per the Foreword of the book "Om Mani Padme Hum" 2nd edition; Grand Master is a "Terton" pre-designated revealer of "Terma" (hidden teachings of his Teacher) at appropriate time.
Even Greater and Rarer, He was the revealer of Inner Terma (the Teachings were hidden in his consciousness itself).
Apart from this, he had additional Inner Transmission as and when required, which was from Param-Guru Maha-Guruji Mei Ling, and his Senior Disciple Chohan Jig Mei Ling.
All this knowledge and information mentally comprehended, experimented and verified even at physical level before concluding.
Such information or essence is in our hands now. Make use of it.
